We totally get it — sometimes things don’t work out. But every return means extra transport, packaging, and CO₂ emissions… and Madre Tierra (Mother Earth) isn’t a fan of that.
So before you order, take a moment to check our size guide, read the fabric details, or send us a quick DM if you’re unsure — we love helping you find the perfect match.
That way, you get pieces you’ll wear and love for years, and together we keep our footprint light.

How it works
- You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to let us know you’d like to return it.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags & packaging.
How to start a return

- Send your items back within 14 days of letting us know.

- Return shipping costs are yours to cover (unless we made a mistake or your item is faulty).
- We recommend using a trackable service — we can’t be responsible for lost returns.
- Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving your return, using your original payment method.
- Want a different size or style? Just place a new order.
Faulty or wrong item?
Email us right away with your order number and photos at hola@cocoymaria.com — we’ll fix it, and cover return shipping if it’s our fault.
